Bumrah Will Return In India Vs Bangladesh Series
Bumrah can be seen playing in the two-match Test series against Bangladesh, starting on September 19. After that, India has to play Tests against New Zealand and a 5-match Border Gavaskar series against Australia later this year. In such a situation, Bumrah is the main bowler of the team who needs to remain fit.

Bumrah has been India’s go-to bowler in overseas conditions, especially in Australia, where his ability to get bounce and swing has been important.
With 32 wickets in just seven matches in Australia, his record says a lot. His ability to play a key role in the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy means that India cannot field the out-of-form Bumrah straight away.
The first Test against Bangladesh starting in Chennai gives Bumrah a chance to return to red ball cricket. While spin is expected to dominate the series, Bumrah’s workload will be carefully managed. Bumrah has so far become one of the leading bowlers in Indian cricket with 159 wickets in 36 Tests, 149 wickets in 89 ODIs and 89 wickets in 70 T20Is.
