Mehidy Hasan Miraz has been named the ICC Cricketer of the Month for April, thanks to his outstanding all-round performances with both bat and ball. He becomes the third Bangladeshi cricketer to win this prestigious award.
Before Miraz, Shakib Al Hasan won the same award back in March 2023. He was the second Bangladeshi to achieve this honor. The first Bangladeshi to receive the ICC Cricketer of the Month award was veteran wicketkeeper-batsman Mushfiqur Rahim.
